Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term forecasting models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Research market trends and economic data relevant to the Louisiana business environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Experience with financial software and databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
