Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders
- Monitor budget performance and identify variances with actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting models and financial projections for business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and executive summaries
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Identify trends in market data to inform strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
