Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects for business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
