Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and board materials
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
