Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for regional clients
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget variance reports
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder presentations
- Assist in due diligence processes for M&A activities and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with senior analysts to optimize portfolio performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or Tableau)
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) a plus
