Join our dynamic finance team at Capital Dynamics Group as a Part-Time Financial Analyst. This role offers the flexibility to work 20-25 hours per week while making significant contributions to our strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions and optimize our financial performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Support business unit heads with variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and board materials
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives
- Monitor and interpret financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
