Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for leadership team reviews
- Support annual audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with preference for part-time roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or progress toward certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
