Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets and expense controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards (GAAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets with high precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a part-time capacity.
