Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Support M&A transactions through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Maintain and optimize financial databases using SQL and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with proven portfolio management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
