Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reconciliations
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance audits
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoice processing
- Conduct data entry with 99% accuracy using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (graduating seniors welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to learn financial software quickly with training
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Virginia driver's license (client site visits required)
