Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis for department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis for executive decision-making
- Maintain and optimize financial databases and reporting systems
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
