Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committee review
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify early warning signals
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current with regulatory compliance (FIRREA, BSA) and industry best practices
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and credit scoring systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFP/CMA designation preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (core hours 10 AM - 3 PM)
