Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for clients across diverse industries
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports using Excel and specialized software
- Support budgeting processes and assist with month-end/year-end closing activities
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business performance metrics
- Present complex financial insights through clear, concise visualizations and written reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
