Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budget and actual performance.
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and forecasts.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and document processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
