Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to determine client creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for portfolio review
- Monitor existing accounts for payment compliance and emerging risks
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations
- Document all credit decisions according to internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Familiarity with credit scoring models (FICO, Beacon)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
