- Stay current on industry regulations and lending policies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with audit standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Moody's Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with SBA lending programs
- Valid Texas driver's license
