Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero/QuickBooks
- Process monthly payroll and VAT returns
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports
- Manage supplier invoices and expense tracking
- Assist with year-end accounts preparation
- Provide proactive financial insights to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Xero/QuickBooks software
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table knowledge
- UK GAAP and HMRC compliance expertise
