Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll for multiple employees using [Software Name, e.g., Gusto/ADP].
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all invoices are accurately recorded.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
