- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Support the payroll preparation process by gathering necessary documentation.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous accounting experience is not required; we provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of Excel highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
