Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile bank accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable with QuickBooks ProAdvisor software
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving approach with client focus
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
