Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for client portfolios
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for efficiency
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Pro/Premier certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
