As a vital member of our finance department, you will ensure our financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process and track invoices to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records for easy retrieval.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
