Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budget analyses.
  • Ensure all financial data complies with federal, state, and local tax regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software is required; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
