- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Process payroll for multiple clients efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks or Xero software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
