Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for 10-15 clients
- Process bi-weekly payroll and tax filings
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage QuickBooks Online data integrity and backups
- Prepare sales tax filings and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax documentation preparation
- Implement process improvements for client accounting workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (AIPB, QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
