- Utilize QuickBooks Online for data entry and system optimization
- Assist with sales tax filings and quarterly budget analysis
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits
- Implement digital filing systems for financial documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
