- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily bookkeeping operations
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and annual audits
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
