We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our clients by ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Process payroll for multiple clients with high accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are correct.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and filing support.
- Communicate with clients regarding account status and financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or FreshBooks.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
