Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and analysis
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Support audits and provide financial insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
