- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements and expense reports
- Manage payroll processing for 5-10 small businesses
- Assist with quarterly tax documentation preparation
- Implement bookkeeping best practices for clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Knowledge of Colorado sales tax regulations
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
