Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Generate monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with tax preparation and audits
- Implement bookkeeping best practices using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with CPAs on financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (QB ProAdvisor, etc.) preferred
