Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen bank presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to serve diverse populations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and obtain required banking certifications
