- Manage QuickBooks Online databases and implement process improvements
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with CPA firms for tax preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a hybrid work environment
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
