Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Process payroll and prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with sales tax filings and compliance
- Support clients with bookkeeping inquiries and training
- Perform month-end closing procedures
- Generate custom financial reports for business analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills with client-facing experience
