Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with quarterly sales tax filings and payroll processing
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows for efficiency
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits and tax season
- Support month-end closing procedures and reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and inventory tracking
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Proven track record of error-free financial reporting
