Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation packages
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for data entry and report generation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Support clients with financial system troubleshooting and training
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and PA tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
