Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements for review
- Assist with quarterly sales tax filings
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor contracts and expense tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Familiarity with CA sales tax regulations
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
