Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow efficiently
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for client review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for data entry and report generation
- Communicate financial insights to clients through clear documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certification
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and sales tax filing
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
