Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll support
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Manage sales tax filings and compliance reporting
- Support audits and financial reviews
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
