Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll entries
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support audits and financial reviews as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) preferred
