- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoices
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for management review
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and reporting
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Support annual audits and financial analysis requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
