Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Conduct periodic audits and internal controls
- Assist with year-end tax preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
- Professional certification (QB ProAdvisor, CPAB) preferred
