Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to detail
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for client reviews
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings (quarterly/annually)
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for efficiency
- Assist with audits and financial compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven track record of meeting monthly deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client reporting
