Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management reports and VAT returns
- Manage payroll processing and year-end filings
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities
- Implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Support clients with financial analysis and insights
Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years)
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- UK GAAP and HMRC compliance knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- QuickBooks/Xero certification preferred
- Strong communication and client management skills
