Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and identifying financial needs. Assist with opening new accounts and explaining banking products and services. Maintain the teller line to ensure smooth operations and minimize wait times. Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products to meet customer goals. Secure cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; prior teller or customer service experience is a plus. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. Must pass a background check and credit check.
