Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions and cross-sell banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions end-of-day
- Actively participate in branch sales goals and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Fraud prevention and regulatory compliance knowledge
