Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional member service through active listening and tailored financial solutions
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with audit procedures
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit/debit products, insurance, and investment services
- Resolve member inquiries regarding account balances, fraud prevention, and digital banking tools
- Uphold security protocols for cash handling and confidential member information
- Participate in branch initiatives to enhance member experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software (e.g., Fiserv, Symitar)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for transaction errors
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (Saturdays required)
