- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account inquiries and educate members on digital banking tools
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Uphold compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
