Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to members
- Maintain accurate cash drawer records and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Support branch operations through cross-training in other financial services
- Contribute to sales goals by identifying opportunities for new products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless member experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for financial education and community engagement
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
