- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and account balances
- Adhere to bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and technology
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Spanish language skills preferred for diverse clientele
